What is the aim or goal of your writing: I believe that reading and writing are fundamental human gifts that build knowledge and kindle the imagination. Along with this belief, there are two primary reasons I write. First, the work of writing provides me with a living. Second, the enjoyment of writing keeps me alive. I would write even if I were never to be published or earn recognition or money. To me writing is like a toy that is ever-changing and never loses its attraction. To what do I attribute my success? Success is relative, so I will define "success" as penetrating the barrier to publication. Success in this regard requires basic skills and imagination in combination with dogged determination and persistence.
