What is the aim or goal of your writing: 2nd ed. says, "As my teaching career draws to a close, I find increased interest in exploring neglected areas in our national literature and regional history. One way to protect the future is to preserve the past, hence my concern for sustaining public support for matters of archival or antiquarian interest.
