What is the aim or goal of your writing:
My goals are (1) to do research until I thoroughly understand a topic and (2) to communicate that knowledge to my readers in a clear and interesting manner. I get a great deal of enjoyment and personal satisfaction from my teaching, research, and writing. Doing research can be compared to working on a giant puzzle, in which the blank spaces are filled one at a time and a compete picture gradually begins to appear.
2nd ed. says, "And gladly would she learn, and gladly teach."
