What is the aim or goal of your writing:
The support and encouragement of friends, family, and colleagues has probably helped to foster any success I have achieved more than any other factor. Also, being in the right place at the right time has a bigger influence than might be believed.
As far as work ethic goes, I think you have to push hard when the time is available but also pace yourself, because there's always a lot to do and burnout is a concern. A flexible attitude will help in navigating the inevitable bumpy spots and will also help in redefining yourself and what it is you do, hopefully keeping you and your work fresh.
