What is the aim or goal of your writing:
Lived much of her childhood at Harbert in Michigan dune country, used settings in Blueberry, and others. She quotes a line from a poem which reads "Then I eyed the world with all delight," which describes her point of view. Her interest in country life was born in the dune country. Here she raised animals, collected flowers, leaves, and butterflies. She ran a dog sled, swam her horses in Lake Michigan, and lived a rich and varied life.
