What is the aim or goal of your writing: Sue has trained extensively in her craft and works at it every day. She knows the field. She works closely with her audience--children. She reads continuously. Sue "believes that people should search for what they are called to do in life and then pursue it with passion. Don't be afaid to sacrifice for your goals, or to work without expectation of reward. Having said that, I also believe that the process must give you joy. I work hard at my writing, but I love it, independent of my publishing successes."
