What is the aim or goal of your writing:
I attribute what success I have to persistence and immunity to discouragement. I keep writing because it's what I most want to do. My theoretical work ethic, which I am not always able to put into practice, is to get up and do the writing first, and then gratefully to live my life and fulfill my other obligations.
