What is the aim or goal of your writing:
I have always wanted to write my memoirs, but was afraid of having to relive my horrible past living under the Nazi regime. I endured cruelty in ghettos, labor camps, slave labor and concentration camps for almost 6 years. But I wanted the world to know the truth. And there are so many people (especially the younger generation) who have a limited knowledge of World War II and the heroics of American soldiers. So I spent 2 years writing this book.
May inquiries be sent to you about doing workshops, readings: No
I have been a speaker at the Holocaust Memorial Center as well as the National Holocaust Museum in Washington DC. I have also spoken to numerous high schools and colleges in Michigan, as well as book clubs and various civic organizations. I feel it is important to tell my story to different generations.
