What is the aim or goal of your writing: "Having no formal training in writing, I learned to write poetry by voracious reading of "the greats" and the encouragement of a grandparent and a favorite teacher. Poetry club members carry on that role today. As to work ethic, I try to do the best I can with what I have at hand, at the desk, the sewing machine or nursing an abused animal back to health."
