What is the aim or goal of your writing: My goal is to entertain readers and preserve part of Michigan's history by recording stories, letters and recipes around a central theme. Much of this material is overlooked for one reason or another. I'm unearthing these materials and presenting them in an entertaining manner, their value is highlighted and appreciated by a diverse readership. 2nd ed. says, "My only philosophy about writing is I just keep writing--day in and day out, hour after hour. I love to write. I have to write. My fingers go numb if I'm away from the typewriter more than two days at a stretch."
