What is the aim or goal of your writing:
2nd ed. says, "My first experience in writing was in 1963 when I wrote The History of the Chrysler Family 1711-1963. Had I known at the time, I would have entitled it Roots and made a fortune. In 1966 I was asked by the Grand Rapids Historical Commission to write a chapter on the Grand River for their proposed new history book. I completed the work in 1967, and it was incorporated in their book The Story of Grand Rapids." My philosophy of writing is best reflected in 'On Course to the Stars', where I took the very technical and complex world of an astronaut in the space program and made it readable and understandable to the lay reader. I am very much involved in my church, school and many other organizations. I consider myself very fortunate and happy in this busy life."
