What is the aim or goal of your writing:
My reasons for being successful are as follows: 1) I was the subject of teasing and bullying in elementary school and that experience triggered in me a will to excel in academics and other ventures; 2) I wanted to know why my father was the way he was (shy, untrusting, introverted, etc.) which resulted in my writing a novel about his childhood; 3) I have been encouraged by my teachers and professors over the years; and 4) my husband has been supportive of my various pursuits.
My work ethic is that I must make the most of every day! I always have a long list of both professional and personal "to do's", and never feel that I have reached the end. I find relaxation almost impossible unless I plan it into my schedule.
