-- I wrote Blessingways: A Guide to Mother-Centered Baby Showers -- Celebrating Pregnancy, Birth, and Motherhood because I felt passionately about the subject matter, and about sharing it with others. I think it has been a success because I believed in myself, worked hard, strove for excellence, never gave up, and was lucky enough to be able to draw upon the support of a strong community of women.
