What is the aim or goal of your writing: I do many types of writing-memoirs, history, and for children. I believe I am successful with children's books because after working in education for 50 years, I can relate to the children, and can anticipate their responses. I write memoirs-I have submitted my teaching journals to the Shiawassee Historical Society. I also have personal memoirs that may be handed down to my relatives. I have compiled a history of my village so the "newcomers" will know about its history, which is fast becoming lost.
