What is the aim or goal of your writing: 2nd ed. says, "I was sports editor and head photgrapher for the Cheboygan Daily Tribune while still in high school. I wrote my first story at sixteen...On a special three-month assignment for the first Ali-Frazier bout, I did public relations and wrote a special souvenir program for the promoters. I've been to three Olympics, and have covered sports in several countries, including the Soviet Union, England, Germany and Italy." Contemporary Authors says, "Writing has allowed me to combine my two favorite pastimes-sports and travel-into a full-time profession. I also enjoy delving into the depths of sports and sports personalities and not just treat the fun and fames of sports as a vacation vehicle. I think that sports have a wide social impact in the nation and that needs to be studied beyond the day to day scores."
