What is the aim or goal of your writing:
Contemporary Authors says, "To supplement a meager income from medical practice in the late thirties when the depression was still on, I began to write mystery shorts for Detective Fiction Weekly. I thought it wise to use a pseudonymn, for surely no one could want to be a patient of a physician who writes murder stories. I did 600 typescript pages of a serious novel that I called These the Roots. The Whitlesey House editor (a nice lady) called it vomit and not a novel."
2nd ed. says, "The future of our species lies in genetics. I'm a strong advocate of Edward O. Wilson's Sociobiology."
