What is the aim or goal of your writing: Born in the Michigan lumber woods. He taught school and worked in other fields before entering the construction business. He was a wonderful nature lover, and could distinguish all the song birds that came to his vicinity. He once stated that he read everything he could find pertaining to birds and animals.
