What is the aim or goal of your writing:
"To say what I need to say to as many people as possible in an imaginative, memorable and enlightening fashion. In teaching creative writing, to allow and encourage others to tap their 'inner voices'."
2nd ed. says, "I am always involved in the writing of poetry and am particularly interested in the relationship between poetry and all the other arts (painting, dance, music) as well as the integrations of writing in various educational settings. My own work has taken me to the teaching of poetry at public schools, colleges, and psychiatric hospitals. My philosophy basically consists of the belief that although poetry is a highly intense and specialized art form, if is easily integrated into daily life."
