What is the aim or goal of your writing: I have been writing since grade school and have always dreamed of becoming an author. My entire career has been dedicated to communicating successfully to various audiences through writing, images and verbal expression. During my 14-year corporate marketing and public relations career, I authored numerous published articles. Daily, I am "writing" stories in my head. Writing is simply a part who I am. The success of From the Vine stems from my passion (shared with co-author Lorri Hathaway) for 'all things' Michigan. It is easy for me to be excited about Michigan and its Great Lakes attributes, specifically, gorgeous wine country.
