"To improve my work. I have hundreds of books of poetry and I enjoy them. I have books to increase my writing skills. I study them all. I have favorite writers: Shakespeare, Milton, Bronte Sisters, Byron, Keats, Robert Lowell, Yeats, Frost, Maxine Kumin, Elizabeth Bishop, Robert Penn Warren, Dave Smith, Seamus Heaney and many others."
