What is the aim or goal of your writing: I wrote the cookbook while undergoing chemotherapy and radiation treatments. The Mini Moves series is for individuals who experience body stiffness. I wrote the book last October after being diagnosed with Sarcoid, a lung disorder which causes breathing difficulties, swollen glands or organs, and arthritis conditions. As a cancer survivor I want to inspire and encourage others to believe that opportunities can result from unfortunate circumstances.
